Packing away

        Finally I have been able to sit and write on the blog. I have been so busy these past couple of days getting ready to go back to school in Idaho! I really do not like packing because I hate how long it takes and I ALWAYS forget SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!!! There is always the question when you first pull out that suitcase, where do I even start? I hate this question! haha It is the worst, because I really don't know what to pack first, so I end up just shuving a bunch of things in a suitcase and then realize later I still have lots more things to pack, but there is no more room! I could say I am the worst packer ever, but I dont have to becasue I found some tips by Martha Stewart that saved me. I still dont like to pack though, never did and I dont think I ever will! haha.            While taking a break, I sat down and grabbed my computer. Up came my cute nephew who had to join me. We took some pictures, and he loved it. Then came his twin brother, and we had too much fun!

FRAMES, FRAMES, FRAMES!!!!!

     My latest project I have been working on are these frames! Ahh I am so excited about these! They are just way too fun! There are so many things you can do with frames, I love it. Here are some pictures of what I have done and how they look put up in my room.
      So what I did was I went to DI and bought a bunch of cute frames that were different shapes, sizes, colors, etc..and put them together. I am a big fan right now of putting frames in larger frames. When I go to DI(or any thrift stores), I try to look for the gold, old fashion, vintage looking frames. (They actually have a lot of them). I just buy different shapes and sizes. I then take them home and paint them and fit them in to the other frames. I just kind of play with them a bit to see what looks best. You can even put mirrors in the middle of the frame.

Today was absolutaly beautiful! I could not resist being outside. There is nothing more spectacular than the warm weather. Summer is pretty much how I get through winter. just knowing that the snow will eventually melt and there will be green grass, that the nights will be longer, that the beautiful trees will again show their green leafy leaves. Through lifes hardest times, there is always an end. there is always happiness at the end of the tunnel. that is what spring and summer show me, that there are always an end to the coldest nights. What I do know is that even with all the kaos that may go on in our lives we can STILL find joy. life is so good. as we focus on what really matters, those problems we are facing aren't as difficult as they may seem. We are able to bare through them and we end up becoming better from them in the end.

Today I visited my friend Nicole! it has been forever since the last time we hung out! she is a college student attending uvu and she is hot and single! so boys if you need a hot girl in your life, contact me. haha but really i love her to death and so will you! :] here are some photos we took today in the beautiful spring sun!! all of our wardrobe is from D.I. in these pictures! that store has some pretty wicked clothing and its even better when you are skilled at thrift shopping!

So even though I am not the biggest fan of writing, I am anxious to start a blog. why?! 
Maybe...

 

1. Because I waist too much time on pinterest, and truly it just makes me more depressed than anything. like really...who has money and time for all that is on there? not me. haha and if you do then I'm sure you are happy.
2. Because I would rather take my own pictures! :] and put it on my very own page! 
3. Because maybe I don't have anything to do. I will admit, right now I am sitting here making this blog, because I am bored and I don't want to look at pinterest again or facebook. ha. this will change in about a week though, when I start school. I am not really fond of the thought that I have to start school work again...in the summer!
4. Because people need to hear what I have to say because I am so darn interesting and entertaining. No, this is a lie. I do not feel bad at all if you do not read this blog, because quit frankly, I probably wouldn't have time or care to read it either. but if you are desperatly looking for something to do, or like i said, you are sick of sitting on pinterest and feel depressed too, feel free to read away! :]
5. Because....WHAT AN EXCITING LIFE I GET TO LIVE!!! Can I just brag a little about it?
